You just took a stand. Now take an action of hope.

People seeking safety in the UK are facing fear, uncertainty and hostility, often after already fleeing violence, war or persecution.

The Hope Exchange gives you a simple, practical way to help.

You can choose something needed by people and families being supported by Migrant Help's frontline teams, from a £5 activity pack for a child, to shoes, a day outdoors, or a bag to keep belongings and vital papers safe while moving between accommodation.

These are small things, but they can make a real difference to people seeking safety.

Choose one practical act of hope today.
